Frequently Asked Questions
Listed below are some common questions that may assist you in accessing the online benefits portal.

How do I view my benefits?
Click on the Benefits menu item in the top navigation bar to navigate to the Benefits page. You will be able to view your schedule of benefits and other useful documents.

How do I view my dependents?
Click on the Profile menu item in the top navigation bar to navigate to the Profile page. Dependents will be listed in a grid towards the bottom of the page.

How do I obtain a temporary ID Card?
Navigate to the Profile page via the top navigation bar. Below the personal information fields, there are two buttons you can click on depending on whether you want to: (a) Request an ID card, or (b) Print a Temporary ID card.

If you do not immediately need an ID card, you may select option A and Solstice will send one to you within 10—14 business days. If you do need an ID card immediately, you may select option B to print one out. Printing a temporary ID card may take a few seconds until a printable document is displayed.

How do I change my password?
Place your mouse cursor over the Profile menu item in the top navigation bar. A sub-menu will drop down. From there you may click the Change Password link to navigate to the Change Your Password page.

On the Change Your Password page, simply enter your new password in both fields, and then click on the Change Password button.

I've forgotten my username and/or password, how do I login?
On the login page, click on the Forgot Password link. If you know your username, enter it in the top field and click the Submit link. If you are not sure of your username, enter you e-mail address in the second field and click the Submit link. (You only need to enter either your username or your e-mail address—you do not need to enter both.)

Once you have clicked the Submit link, you will need to answer one of your security questions. Enter your security answer and click on the Continue button. An e-mail containing instructions on how to change your password will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file.

How do I locate a participating provider?
Click on the Resources menu item in the top navigation bar.  Next select the Dental provider directory and you will be redirected to the search page. Make sure to enter your "Plan Type" and location search parameters (i.e. city, ZIP, plan, etc.).

Once you have entered the search information and click SUBMIT. A page with the providers in your area will be displayed.
